1. Scope and information collected
This Privacy Policy describes how Asymptotiq Technologies handles information connected with the Companio website, demo, bot, paid access, support, and voice sessions. We collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Depending on how you use Companio, this may include a Telegram identifier, session identifiers, device and browser information, IP-related security data, support messages, transaction references, payment status, phone number where you provide it, and ephemeral access tokens. Payment-card credentials and UPI PINs are handled by the payment provider and must not be sent to us.
- We use session and security records to prevent fraud, enforce access limits, and troubleshoot delivery.
- We use contact details to answer support and refund requests.
- We use transaction identifiers and status to verify delivery and process eligible refunds.
2. Voice and service processing
Voice interactions require real-time processing by the technical providers used to deliver speech recognition, language generation, speech synthesis, WebRTC media transport, observability, and security. We select and configure providers to operate the service, not to sell your personal data.
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally use customer voice recordings or conversation content to train our own models. We do not make a zero-retention promise that conflicts with configured provider, security, incident, or transaction records. The exact retention period depends on the data type and the active provider configuration.
Web connections use encrypted transport. Live voice media uses the encryption mechanisms available in the configured WebRTC infrastructure. Security controls are reviewed as the production architecture changes.
- Avoid sharing highly sensitive financial, government-ID, medical, or account-security information during a voice session.
- Do not use Companio to disclose another person's personal information without permission.
- We may retain limited logs where necessary for fraud prevention, service reliability, disputes, legal obligations, or refund verification.
3. Sharing, security, and retention
We share information only with service providers and parties that need it to operate the service, process payments, provide customer support, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer. Providers are expected to handle information under their applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secret management, encrypted network connections where supported, and restricted operational access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so use the service thoughtfully and protect your own device and account.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not permit employees to access customer information without a legitimate service, security, or support reason.
- We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or a dispute is open.
4. Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information that we hold, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security, transaction, and dispute-retention requirements. Send a request from the email address associated with your support request, or provide enough information for us to verify that the request relates to you.
We aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time because of complexity, legal obligations, or an active dispute, we will explain the reason. Some limited records may remain in backups or legally required transaction logs until their scheduled deletion.
- Email support@asymptotiq.com with the subject line Privacy Request.
- Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or full card details in a deletion request.
5. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the service, providers, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or service where appropriate.
For privacy questions, contact support@asymptotiq.com or call +91 81004 84861 during Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM IST.
