Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Asymptotiq Companio, an AI voice service operated by Asymptotiq Technologies. By accessing the website, demo, Telegram Mini App, or a paid voice session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Companio is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. You must not use the service, create access for another person, or allow another person to use your session if you are under 18. We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe this age requirement has not been met.

• Use the service only for lawful personal conversation and wellness purposes.
• Keep access links, session tokens, and account details private.
• Do not attempt to buy access on behalf of a minor.

Asymptotiq Companio is an AI conversational service for entertainment and wellness. It is NOT a medical device, licensed telemedicine service, or clinical therapy provider.

Companio does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, prescribe medication, replace a qualified professional, or provide emergency support. If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

The service may offer general conversation, reflection prompts, and language practice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on any conversation.

We target 99.0% monthly availability for the voice-interaction infrastructure, excluding planned maintenance, third-party outages, events outside our reasonable control, and interruptions caused by your device, network, permissions, or misuse. This target is an operational objective and does not create a service-credit entitlement during the Early Access Beta.

When planned maintenance is expected to materially affect access, we aim to display a public status notice at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance or security work may require shorter notice.

• A live session can depend on your microphone permission, internet connection, Telegram or browser support, and third-party speech providers.
• We may change, pause, test, or withdraw beta features to maintain safety, quality, or compliance.

You must not use Companio to threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, exploit, distribute unlawful material, interfere with service operations, reverse engineer access controls, scrape service content, or violate another person's rights. You must not try to bypass age, payment, access, rate, or safety controls.

You must not use the service for emergency response, clinical advice, illegal activity, or any purpose that creates foreseeable harm. We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access without notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

• Do not share, resell, transfer, or publicly post paid access links.
• Do not use automated traffic, bots, or scripts to create sessions or overload the service.
• Do not record or share another person's information without their permission.

The Companio name, website, interface, prompts, software, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Asymptotiq Technologies and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your access remains valid.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, operational necessity, or closure of the beta. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature continue after termination, including intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability, and payment-dispute provisions.
